What a rewarding, life changing experience! Jenn and I had the pleasure this past week to complete a 5 day course of Ziva Meditation with an amazing instructor named Emily Fletcher.
The experiences of "transcendence", our new mantra's, and the group meditation setting was extremely inspiring and helpful in opening up a new pathway on our life's journey. Every meditation was a different experience and every talk back gave new meaning to inspiration. And it is amazing how everything I'm learning at AMAW with Anthony Meindl and with Dallas Travers and the Actors Business Breakthrough all connects to one another. Life is about living in the moment, connecting our left brain and our right brain, and learning to cherish, love, and be YOU! With a lifetime membership to Ziva Meditation, Emily, and countless other amazing meditators I know this is only the beginning of this blissful experience. I am not here to become a good meditator I am here to become good at life!
